Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped industrial markets.

Lead complex, project-based sales cycles from initial engagement through multi-month project execution.

Provide technical consultation and solution design to meet client custom industrial equipment requirements.

Conduct technical and commercial presentations to demonstrate capabilities and competitive advantages.

Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations with accurate specifications and pricing.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to senior management.

Support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-
At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical project-based sales.
-
Willing to travel within Indonesia for client visits.
