Job Description

• Managing and controlling company's cash flow, which includes incoming and outgoing flow of funds, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reviewing and preparing company's financial performance reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Budgets).
• Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records including accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions, ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately.
• Overseeing every process of collecting and analyzing all corporate finance, accounting, and tax information
• Participating in tax checking and assessment.
• Implementing Finance, Accounting, Tax policy and procedures in accordance with the company's target.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 15 years of working experience in related fields is required for the position, 10 of which in a managerial position.
• In depth understanding of finance and accounting systems, including outgoing and incoming cash flows.
• Strong management skills in handling cash flows, budgeting, risk, audit, tax, and making informed strategic decision in relation to business plan.
• Preferably from an accounting firm or has an experience as an auditor.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to increase cost efficiency in handling company's cash flows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders.
• Preferably experienced with SAP FICO.

• Joint visits with the principal to support end customers.
• Working closely with the Sales Engineers to ensure that products recommended are working well towards customer's expectations.
• Able to work independently to support multiple market segment in Indonesia (Nationwide).
• Inspections on oper gear applications, such as in the cement, mining, and wood industry.
• Inclusive of report writing after the inspection.
• Coordinate with Sales team to promote energy efficiency, with fluke equipment measurements, applications on gearbox, and compressors.
