Job Description
This role will focus on delivering talent acquisition strategies and manpower fulfillment, hiring metrics and insights, and employer branding strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and final selection up to the offer stage in a timely manner.

Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.

Develop hiring strategies: design, plan, and execute Talent Acquisition activities and end-to-end selection processes.

Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, professional community engagement, and networking events.

Act as a strategic partner to management in planning long term human resource strategies.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talents.

Plan recruitment initiatives such as employee referral programs and recruitment marketing tools.

Optimize recruitment processes to be efficient, measurable and aligned with company standards.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Requirements

Bachelor degree in Management / Industrial Engineering or other relevant background.

5 years experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Proven experience in leading a Human Resources team.

Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms.

A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.

Experienced with HRIS, recruitment tools, sourcing and recruitment report.
