Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations. This includes inventory of raw materials, control of production planning, and control over the delivery of goods.

Design and review supply strategies including capacity, logistics, and fulfillment plans

Analyze supply risks such as lead time, business continuity, and import licenses, and develop appropriate solutions

Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions

Represent the supply chain function in key business meetings and liaise with internal stakeholders

Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet the needs of the company and its business units. Monitor the quantity and timing of deliveries

Forecast demand and inventory requirements using historical data

Implement strategies aimed at reducing costs, improving processes, and ensuring procurement best practices are followed across the organization
Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent

At least 10 years of working experience in the fields of supply chain management at an industrial company is required for the position, 5 of which in a Supervisory position

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, procurement processes, and vendor management

Attention to details and accuracy, having a strong understanding in inventory and demand management.

Strong analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders

Preferably experienced with SAP FICO
