Job Description

• Joint visits with the principal to support end customers.
• Working closely with the Sales Engineers to ensure that products recommended are working well towards customer's expectations.
• Able to work independently to support multiple market segment in Indonesia (Nationwide).
• Inspections on oper gear applications, such as in the cement, mining, and wood industry.
• Inclusive of report writing after the inspection.
• Coordinate with Sales team to promote energy efficiency, with fluke equipment measurements, applications on gearbox, and compressors.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Age Maximum 35 years old.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the Industry, such as cement, mining, power plant, or steel, is required for this position.
• Good communication skills to present and explain to customers on the services/inspection findings from the on-site survey.
• Someone with a keen attitude to learn and equipped with value preposition mindset, able to work independently with high domestic traveling requirements.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Having a driver's license of type A is a must.

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for handling and controlling all purchasing processes efficiently and effectively to support the company. This includes inventory of raw materials, control of production planning, and control over the delivery of goods.

• Lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring that all purchasing activities comply with corporate policies and standards.
• Implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and ensure a consistent supply of high quality goods and services.
• Identify and monitor potential suppliers, building strong relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet the needs of the company and its business units. Monitor the quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of inventory according to the demands of the sales department.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the fields of Procurement and Warehouse management is required for the position, 5 of which in a Supervisory position at an industrial company.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and vendor management.
• Attention to details and accuracy, having a strong understanding in inventory and demand management.
• Strong analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem solving skills.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee project delivery from contract award through installation and commissioning (for project-based products).

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting throughout equipment lifespan.

• Identify spare parts needs and upsell opportunities with existing clients.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.

• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve individual sales targets.
